Computer and freedom

Under the orders placed on the site , the company Phonem , publisher of the website collects personal data. At the time of final registration of the order , the Customer must expressly give its consent or objection to the use of these data by Phonem . In fact:
- Data from controls are likely to be used by Phonem , under computer file client after declaration to the CNIL , to promote products or offer various advantages.
- Data from customer orders may be issued by the company after Phonem declaration to the CNIL , from third party suppliers under file Phonem customers , to offer customers various benefits , but also as computerized payment incidents recorded when sales file.

If express opposition of a client to computer processing of his personal data , the Company reserves the right respecting the rules of the Penal Code and Article 9.1 of the Civil Code to disclose the names of all adults charged or indictment in a court case in particular in the field of computer fraud. According to the law. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, any person has a right of access and rectification of computer data. 

The company Phonem, site manager, agrees to use a secure server to prevent any fraudulent use of customer data transiting on the site.
